摘要 为提高冷冲压高强度不锈钢冲压件产品制造模具的成型模次及加工性能,将冷冲压模具材料重新选型,并把传统的模具钢热处理技术、现代PVD涂层技术相结合,解决了类似不锈钢等材料的成型问题,实现了类似不锈钢高强度、高韧性、高回弹性产品材料在成型问题上的突破。改变传统的Ti作为打底层的设计思路,以Cr作为打底层在模具表面制备多层TiN涂层,并对涂层模具进行现场试验,结果表明:Cr打底的TiN涂层的性能明显优于Ti打底的TiN涂层;通过改变模具的基体材料,并对模具进行涂层处理,使模具的寿命成功提高了2倍以上;整套不锈钢制造模具的寿命提高至15万模次。 In order to improve the forming times and processing performance of cold stamping mold stamping high strength stainless steel parts. The cold stamping mold material is newly selected, the traditional heat treatment technology of mold steel and modem PVD coating technology are combined, to achieve a major breakthrough in product material molding and stainless steel with high strength, high toughness and high resilience. In order to change the traditional design idea of Ti as the transition layer, TiN multilayer coatings was prepared on the mold surface with Cr as the transition layer, and field tests were carried out on the coating mold. The results show that the performance of TiN coating with Cr coating is obviously better than that of TiN coating with Ti coating. By changing the base material of the mold and coating the mold, the life of the die has been increased by more than 2 times. The life of whole set of stainless steel mold is increased to 150 thousand times.
