摘要
采煤机截割机构浮动油封损坏漏油,致使截割机构行星减速器损坏,影响煤矿生产。为了提高浮动油封使用的可靠性,分析了影响采煤机截割机构浮动油封使用可靠性的主要原因,提出了改进方案,有效地降低了截割机构的故障概率,从而提高了煤矿生产效益。
The damage and leakage of floating seal in shearer＇ s cutting mechanism lead to the damage of the planetary reducer in the mechanism and production loss of the mine. In order to improve the reliability of the floating seal, analyzed the main causes of lose efficiency and put forward the optimized scheme, which effectively reduce the failure probability of the cutting mechanism and raise the production benefit of mine.
