摘要
为在矿井反风操作时能快速锁紧立风井防爆盖,根据现场条件设计开发了一套电控气动防爆盖快速锁紧装置。该装置采用矿井压风系统带压风源作为动力,装置内气缸风流方向控制由多个电磁阀配合实现,推动执行机构的气缸前行,间接推动与气缸连接的锁紧压板压紧防爆盖锁紧槽,达到反风操作时锁紧防爆盖的目的。该装置通过操作控制开关即可快速锁紧防爆盖,经安装使用,为煤矿在特殊情况下的紧急反风救援赢取了宝贵的时间。
In order to lock vertical shaft explosion-proof cover immediately in the reverse wind operation, a set of electronical controlled pneumatic explosion proof cover quick locking device was designed and developed according to the field conditions. The device adopted the mine pressure ventilation system with pressure as power source, the air flow direction control of the device was realized by the combination of a plurality of electromagnetic valves. A series actions such as pushing the cylinder of the actuating mechanism forward, pushing the locking pressure plate connected with the cylinder indirectly, and pressing the locking groove of the explosion proof cover, to achieve the purpose of locking the explosion proof cover in the reverse wind operation. After the device was installed and used, the explosion proof cover can be quickly locked by the operation control switch, and the valuable time for the emergency reverse wind rescue of the coal mine under special conditions can be obtained.
