摘要
刮板输送机是煤矿井下采煤工作面的主要输送设备,因工作条件恶劣,在采完一个工作面后很多部件磨损严重,失去了再制造价值。从产品优化结构设计角度出发,提出了通过优化刮板输送机产品结构从而有利于后续再制造的设计理念,以供探讨。
Scraper conveyor is the major conveying equipment for coal mine working face underground. Due to its severe working conditions, most of elements are worn out and cannot reproduce after completing one working face. As viewed from optimizing structure design of product, put forward the concept of reproduceable structure design of scraper conveyor for discussion.
