摘要
以满足用户需求与提升效益为目标,建立了机床产品可靠性控制流程。对用户可靠性需求以及产品可靠性损失进行建模,结合产品的可靠性现状评估结果,首先分析机床产品需要采取的可靠性提升措施。其次,利用FTA技术分析产品具体的故障,从而得到提升产品可靠性应该采取的措施。在此基础上,利用可靠性效益仿真分析明确了产品可靠性提升的目标、实施时间以及可靠性效益。最终,以可靠性控制序列的方式,给出不同可靠性提升措施实施的重要性顺序,从而为机床产品的可靠性提升决策提供定量的依据。
To meet user needs of reliability of machine tools and maximize the reliability improvement benefit, a machine tool product reliability control process was proposed in this paper. By modeling the loss of relia- bility of the product and user reliability requirements, necessity of whether the machine tool product needs reliability improvement is analyzed. The current status of product reliability is also taken into con- sideration. Secondly, FTA analysis is used to analyze the specific failure of the product to get reliability improvement measures. On this basis, the simulation analysis of reliability improvement benefits gives the goal of overall reliability improvement of the product. Implementation time and reliability benefits were also calculated. Finally, the reliability control method gives the sequence of implementation of different reliability improvement measures by using the optimization model. It provides a quantitative basis for the reliability improvement decision of machine tool enterprises.
