摘要 曲面重构技术被广泛应用于新产品外形升级设计过程中。针对曲面重构过程中存在曲面优化工作繁琐且曲面精度难以达标等问题,提出一种快速曲面优化的方法。以某型飞机舱门的逆向设计为研究对象,通过研究自由曲面与控制点的相关理论,基于CATIA/CAA开发平台,对CATIA软件中控制点命令进行二次开发。弥补了原控制点命令只能定向调整,而不能定量调整的缺陷,实现了自由曲面的快速重构。研究表明,新方法简化曲面优化工作,提高工作效率,缩短产品研发周期。 Surface reconstruction technology is widely applied in advanced design of morphology and structure. A novel algorithm is introduced to simplify the optimization process and to improve precision during surface reconstruction. In this paper, the reverse design of an aircraft component was introduced as an example. Based on CATIA / CAA development platform, the control point command in CATIA software is developed by studying the correlation between free surface and control point. The new method makes up the shortcomings that the control point command can only directionally adjust surface, but can't quantitatively adjust the surface, and then realizes a rapid reconstruction of the free surface. Research shows that the new algorithm could simplify the optimization process, improve work efficiency and short- en the product development cycle.
