叶轮驱动式自润滑单层CBN砂轮

摘要 针对钛合金绿色磨削加工的需求,提出了一种润滑介质由砂轮自身内部喷出的磨削加工技术,制备出一种内部叶轮驱动喷出润滑介质的自润滑单层立方氮化硼(CBN)砂轮,同时制作了输送润滑介质的控制系统,开展了基于该砂轮的钛合金磨削实验,对磨削前后砂轮表面显微形貌进行了对比,分析了冷却介质在磨削加工过程中的效果。研究结果表明:在采用砂轮表面喷出润滑介质的冷却机制下,通过定量输送冷却介质,可以有效提高冷却效果,减少环境污染,实现绿色磨削加工。 In order to meet the requirement of green grinding for titanium, this paper presents a new technology of grinding process which sprayed lubricate by the center of monolayer CBN grinding. We produced a grinding wheel with a monolayer of CBN grains working in a self-lubricating mode by impeller drive, and a system to control lubricating medium. We completed the experiment which grinding titanium alloy by CBN grinding wheel, and made microscope observation to compare with the grinding wheel surface before experiment, accordingly, it can analyze the cooling performance. The results show that: in this cooling mechanism which sprays lubricate by the center of CBN wheel, the cooling effect is improved prominently by transported quantitative cooling medium. It reduced environmental pollution, and achieved green grinding process.
