脊柱结核作为一种脊柱特异性感染,有较高的致残率。在营养支持与正规化疗的前提下,外科干预已成为部分脊柱结核重要的治疗方式。如何在减少手术创伤的基础上提高手术疗效,成为临床关注的重点。近年来,单纯经后路病灶清除椎体间植骨术逐渐被广泛使用,因其可仅在一个"小切口"内达到治愈病灶、重建脊柱稳定性、恢复脊髓功能和早日康复的目的,是一种符合"微创"理念、安全、高效的手术方式。

Spinal tuberculosis, as a kind of spinal specific infection, has high morbidity. On the foundation of nutritional support and regular chemotherapy, surgical intervention has become an important option for treating some spinal tuberculosis. The clinicians have been exploring how to improve clinical results with reducing the surgical trauma. In recent years, the sur- gery of debridement combined with interbody fusion and internal fixation via posterior approach only has become popular be- cause with only one small incision it can achieve lesion debridement, vertebral canal decompression, reconstruction of spinal stability. It is recognized as one of the minimally invasive, safe and effective surgeries in the management of spinal tuberculosis.
