CTLA-4在骨重建中发挥免疫调节作用的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 CTLA-4作为免疫负调节因子,通过抑制T细胞活化,参与调控机体免疫反应的平衡。近年来CTLA-4免疫球蛋白生物制剂在自身免疫疾病、移植排斥反应、抗肿瘤药物等领域获得的基础研究成果颇具应用价值。CTLA-4能够抑制T细胞活化调节免疫反应,从而减少RANKL、TNF-α等细胞因子的表达,能够直接或间接地调控破骨细胞的成熟,参与破骨细胞主导的骨破坏与骨重建。本文就当前CTLA-4在自身免疫疾病中减缓骨破坏的作用、CTLA-4对破骨细胞成熟过程的间接与直接的影响作用以及CTLA-4在局部组织中对关节对牙周组织与牙槽骨骨重建的作用等这些最新的相关研究做此综述,并展望未来可能的基础研究与临床应用方向。 In recent years,the CTLA-4 immunoglobulin biologics,a negative regulator in the immune system,have been obtained due attention in autoimmune diseases,transplantation rejection,and antineoplastic agents. CTLA-4 can inhibit T cell activation,reduce the expression of RANKL and other cytokines through regulating immune response,and effectively alleviate the process of bone resorption. According to previous study,CTLA-4 was involved in osteoclast-induced bone destruction and bone remodeling. In this review,the effect of CTLA-4 on the autoimmune diseases,on the osteoclast formation,and on the alveolar bone remodeling in the periodontal tissue was involved,and the related research were also evaluated to look forward to possible future basic research and clinical application direction.
