提升会计实训中心利用效率的对策研究——以淮南职业技术学院会计实训中心为例

Study on the Countermeasures to Improve Utilization Efficiency of Accounting Training Center——Taking Huainan Vocational Technical College as An Example

会计实训中心在会计专业人才培养中起着至关重要的作用,它是增强学生专业实践技能、培养复合会计人才、学生就业零等待的有效途径,而目前有些高职院校会计实训中心存在面积不足、设备陈旧,师资队伍薄弱,考核方式单一,社会服务能力不强等问题,因此,应加强校内实训中心和校外实训基地的有效衔接,加强实训环节设置;加强实训指导师资队伍建设。

Accounting training center plays a critical role in the training of accounting talents, it is an effective way to enhance the students＂ professional practice skills, cultivate inter- disciplinary accounting talents, and make the students employment zero wait available. Currently, them are some problems in the accounting training centers of some vocational colleges, such as inadequate area, outdated equipment, weak teaching staff, single assessment methods and insufficient social service ability etc. Therefore, some measures should be taken to strengthen the effective convergence of school training center and university training base, to set up the training session, and to enhance the construction of training instructors staff.
