摘要
采用高温固相烧结法制备了系列Dy单掺杂、Eu,Dy共掺杂和Sr,Eu,Dy共掺杂的Y_2O_3纳米荧光粉.借助X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析了样品的晶体结构和形貌,优化了工艺过程和参数.系统测试了稀土掺杂Y_2O_3荧光粉的激发光谱和发射光谱.在330 nm光激发下,研究了Y_2O_3∶Eu^(3+),Dy^(3+)纳米荧光粉的白光发射特性,并通过调节Eu,Dy掺杂浓度,获得了CIE为(0.32,0.33)和色温为6100 K的强白光发射.进一步讨论了Sr^(2+)离子对Y_2O_3∶Eu^(3+),Dy^(3+)纳米荧光粉白光特性的影响.结果表明,Sr^(2+)的掺入可明显改善Y_2O_3∶Eu^(3+),Dy^(3+)纳米荧光粉的白光发射.
A series of Dy^(3+)single doped,Eu^(3+),Dy^(3+)codoped and Sr^(2+),Eu^(3+),Dy^(3+)codoped Y_2O_3nanophosphors was prepared by high-temperature solid-state sinter method.The crystal structures and morphologies of the samples were analyzed by means of XRD and SEM,and the preparation progress and parameters were optimized.The excitation and emission spectra of rare earth ions doped Y_2O_3phosphors were measured systematically.Under 330 nm excitation,the characteristics of white light emission of Y_2O_3∶Eu^(3+),Dy^(3+)phosphors were investigated,and the ideal CIE value(0.32,0.33)and color temperature(6100 K)were achieved through adjusting the concentration of europium and dysprosium ions.At the same time,the influence of bivalent strontium ion on the white emission properties was further discussed.The result showed that the emissions of white light from Y_2O_3∶Eu^(3+),Dy^(3+)nanophosphors were improved significantly because of strontium dopant.
