摘要
能效"领跑者"与节能标准是提高节能水平的两种不同机制,二者相互促进、相互衔接对促进社会整体能效水平提高至关重要。本文在分析能效"领跑者"制度与节能标准现状及特点的基础上,建立了市场化交互模型,探讨了能效"领跑者"与节能标准衔接机制。
Energy efficiency top-runner and energy conservation standard are two different mechanisms to promote energy conservation level.Their mutual assistance and integration are of utmost importance for overall social energy efficiency＇s enhancement. Based on the situation and characteristics＇ analyses of energy efficiency top-runner and energy conservation standard, a market interaction model is developed, and integrated mechanisms between energy efficiency top-runner and energy conservation standard are discussed.
