摘要
研究两种国产白炭黑补强溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)胶料的性能,并与进口同类产品进行对比。结果表明:国产SSBR2564S和SSBR2557S的相对分子质量分布和玻璃化温度与进口SSBR2550相当,而进口SSBR6270的相对分子质量分布宽,玻璃化温度低;4种SSBR胶料的硫化特性相近,加工安全性相当;SSBR6270硫化胶的拉断伸长率和撕裂强度最大,其余3种硫化胶的物理性能相近;4种SSBR硫化胶都具有优异的耐磨性能、滚动阻力和抗湿滑性能。4种SSBR适合用作低滚动阻力胎面胶的基础胶。
The properties of two kinds of domestic solution polymerized SBR compounds reinforced by silica were studied,and compared with imported similar products. The results showed that,the molecular weight distribution and glass transition temperature of domestic SSBR2564 S and SSBR2557 S were similar to imported SSBR2550,while imported SSBR6270 had wider molecular weight distribution and lower glass transition temperature. The cure behavior and processing safety of four SSBR compounds were similar.SSBR6270 vulcanizate possessed the highest elongation at break and tear strength while the physical properties of the other three compounds were similar. All the SSBR vulcanizates exhibited excellent wear resistance,rolling resistance and wet skid resistance,and could be used as the base rubber for tread compound with low rolling resistance.
