虫草素制剂对非小细胞肺癌的辅助治疗临床观察

Clinical Observation of Adjuvant Therapy of Cordycepin in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

目的观察虫草素制剂对非小细胞肺癌(non small-cell lung cancer,NSCLC)辅助治疗的临床疗效。方法将2015年4月—2016年7月在本所肿瘤科就诊的102例NSCLC术后患者随机分为对照组和虫草素组,对照组62例,采用手术化疗等常规方法治疗4周;虫草素组60例,在对照组治疗基础上加服虫草素制剂治疗,每次0.5g,每日2次,连用4周,观察2组治疗前后CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8、NK细胞水平的变化及治疗中出现的不良反应。结果治疗后,对照组CD3、CD4下降,CD8增高,CD4/CD8下降(P<0.05,P<0.01),而虫草素组改变不明显(P>0.05);2组之间CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8、NK细胞水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);虫草素组胃肠道反应明显弱于对照组(P<0.05),其血白细胞减少也明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论虫草素制剂能增强肺癌患者的免疫力,减轻化疗期间的不良反应,可作为NSCLC术后有效、低毒的辅助治疗方案。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of cordycepin preparation in the adjuvant treatment of non-small cell lung cancer.Methods One hundred and two cases of non-small cell lung cancer patients in our oncology department from April 2015 to July 2016 were randomly divided into control group and cordycepin group.Sixty-two cases in the control group were treated with surgical chemotherapy and other conventional methods for 4 weeks,while 60 cases in cordycepin group were combined with oral administration of cordycepin preparation,each time 0.5 g,2/d for 4 weeks.Then the changes of CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8,NK cells before and after treatment and the toxic and side effects during treatment were observed in the two groups.Results After treatment,the CD3,CD4 cells decreased,CD8 increased,CD4/CD8 decreased(P<0.05,P<0.01)in the control group,but the change was not obvious in the cordycepin group(P>0.05).There were significant differences in levels of CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8 and NK between the cordycepin group and the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).In the gastrointestinal reaction,the cordycepin group was significantly weaker than the control group(P<0.05);the blood leucocyte reduction in the cordycepin group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cordycepin preparation can enhance the immunity of patients with lung cancer and reduce the toxic and side effects during chemotherapy.It can be used as an effective and low toxic adjuvant therapy for non-small cell lung cancer after operation.
