探讨早期中医综合康复疗法对脑梗死患者的临床疗效

Investigation of the Clinical Efficacy of Early Comprehensive Rehabilitation Therapy in Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的研究早期中医综合康复疗法对脑梗死患者的临床疗效。方法选择本院收治的脑梗死患者98例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组予以常规康复治疗,观察组加用中医综合康复疗法,比较2组的临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组显效35例,总有效率为97.96%,对照组显效21例,总有效率为83.67%,组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组FMA评分、MBI评分、FCA评分、NIHSS评分及AROM活动度均显著优于对照组(P<0.01);观察组的总体健康、生理功能、精神健康及情绪状态等方面评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论早期中医综合康复疗法对脑梗死的治疗效果更好,可显著提高患者的肢体运动功能和神经功能,改善患者生活质量,实用性强,值得临床推荐。

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of early comprehensive rehabilitation therapy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)on patients with cerebral infarction.Methods Ninety-eight cases of cerebral infarction patients randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional rehabilitation therapy.The observation group was treated with comprehensive rehabilitation therapy of TCM.The clinical curative effects of two groups were compared.Results Thirty-five cases were markedly effective and the total effective rate was 97.96%in observation group,significantly higher than21 cases and 83.67%in the control group(both P<0.05).After treatment,the FMA score,MBI score,NIHSS score,FCA score and AROM activity in the observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01).General health,physiological function,mental health and emotional state and other aspects in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Early comprehensive rehabilitation therapy of TCM has better effect for patients with cerebral infarction than conventional rehabilitation therapy.It not only can significantly improve the patient's limb motor function and nerve function,but also can improve the quality of life and strong practicability of patients.It is worthy of recommendation.
