摘要
目的观察玻璃酸钠注射联合中药仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效。方法选取本院骨科收治的KOA患者70例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组35例。对照组给予玻璃酸钠注射治疗,治疗组给予中药仙灵骨葆口服联合玻璃酸钠注射治疗,2组均治疗5周为1个疗程,治疗结束后随访6个月。评价2组的临床疗效、HSS膝关节评分以及安全性。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率为88.57%,显著优于对照组的71.42%(P<0.05);随访期,治疗组总有效率为80.00%,显著优于对照组的57.14%(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组HSS膝关节评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,对照组HSS膝关节评分为(75.25±8.15)分,随访期HSS膝关节评分为(74.38±8.22)分,而治疗组同时期分别为(87.12±8.61)分和(85.15±8.48)分,治疗组评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论玻璃酸钠注射联合中药仙灵骨葆胶囊口服治疗KOA疗效满意,值得推广。
Objective To observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine Xianlinggubao capsule combined with sodium hyaluronate injection in knee osteoarthritis.Methods Seventy patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate injection,whereas the treatment group received traditional Chinese medicine Xianlinggubao capsule combined with sodium hyaluronate injection.Both groups were treated for five weeks as a treatment course and followed up to 6 months after the treatment.The clinical effects,HSS knee score and safety were evaluated in two groups.Results After the treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was 88.57%,significantly higher than 71.42%of control group(P<0.05).When followed up to 6 months after the treatment,the total effective rate was 80.00%in the treatment group,much better than 57.14% in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in HSS knee score between two groups.HSS knee scores were(87.12±8.61)after the treatment and(85.15±8.48)in the following up for the treatment group,obviously higher than(75.25±8.15)and(74.38 ±8.22)for the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with traditional Chinese medicine Xianlinggubao capsule orally has a satisfactory curative effect in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,which is worth promoting.
