摘要
目的对针灸治疗斑秃的疗效和安全性进行系统评价、综合分析。方法系统检索"中国知网"、"万方"、"维普"、"CHKD期刊全文数据库"等数据库,筛选关于针灸治疗斑秃临床疗效观察的随机对照文献,根据纳入标准与排除标准,将符合要求的文献进行精读,使用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入符合条件的研究13篇,包含随机临床对照试验研究1 362例,Meta分析显示,试验组与对照组治疗效果具有统计学差异[OR=5.87,95%CI(4.10,8.40),Z=9.66,P<0.000 01],说明针灸治疗斑秃效果优于单纯西药治疗。纳入的13篇文献中,仅有1篇文献5例患者(其中治疗组2例,对照组3例),在针灸治疗后使用紫外线照射时出现局部红斑反应,调整照射时间和剂量后红斑消失,其余均未见不良反应。结论针灸治疗斑秃具有良好的临床疗效和安全性。
Objective To assess the effectiveness and safety of acupuncture in treating alopecia areata.Methods Search CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP and other related databases systemically and comprehensively,collecting clinical research literatures which use acupuncture on alopecia areata,according to the inclusion criterias and exclusion criterias,filter the literature which is meet the requirements,read it intensively.Use RevMan 5.3 software to assess the effectiveness of acupuncture in treating alopecia areata.Results Totally 13 studies including 1 362 cases were analyzed.Comparison between two groups,the effect was statistically different[OR=5.87,95%CI(4.10,8.40),Z=9.66,P<0.000 01].It means that it is effective to treat alopecia areata in acupuncture.Only one article5 patients(including 2 cases in treatment group,3 cases in control group)occur adverse reactions.Conclusion Using acupuncture in treating alopecia areata is effective and safe.
