摘要
粘缝机是一种对温度要求极其苛刻的成衣设备,温度控制的稳定与否直接关系到成衣的品质。为使温度控制的效果得到提高,根据实际情况,选择使用了K型热电偶配合卡尔曼滤波的温度采集方案,以stm32单片机为核心设计了PCB板,编写嵌入式软件,配合PID算法,在实际生产中进行实践、测试。结果表明该方法稳定性良好,相对于传统方案有明显优势,能够满足一般的生产需要。
