药品颜色标识管理在眼科玻璃体切割术中的应用

Application of drug color identification management in vitrectomy

目的探讨药品颜色标识管理在玻璃体切割术中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1~7月行玻璃体切割术的100例患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为实验组和对照组各50例。对照组按传统方法行术中药品区分,实验组采用药品颜色标识管理。比较2组药品识别度、医生满意度和药品识别错误次数。结果实验组药品识别度、医生满意度高于对照组(χ2=12.000,P=0.001;χ2=4.110,P=0.043),药品识别错误次数低于对照组(P=0.015)。结论使用不同色彩及标有药物名称的标识可以避免玻璃体切割术中用药差错事件的发生,提高手术配合正确率和医生满意度。

Objective To explore the application of drug color identification management in vitrectomy.Methods One hundred patients undergoing vitrectomy between January and July 2016 were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,each of 50.For the control group,all drugs were managed traditionally, while for the experimental group,drug color identification management was adopted.The drug identification degree,doctors′satisfaction and drug identification error times were compared between the two groups.Results The drug identification degree and doctors′satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group(χ~2=12.000,P=0.001;χ~2=4.110,P=0.043),while the times of the drug identification error of the former was significantly lower than the latter(P=0.015).Conclusion Drug color identification management can avoid intraoperative medication errors,as well as improve the operative cooperation and doctors' satisfaction.
