摘要
目的了解护理人员工作环境、护理人员职业认同的状况及两者之间的关系。方法采用一般情况调查表、护士职业认同评定量表、工作环境认知量表对385名临床护理人员进行问卷调查。结果护理人员感知的工作环境总均分为(3.12±0.71)分;护理人员职业认同总均分为(5.13±0.99)分。回归分析显示,影响护理人员职业认同的个人因素为健康状况;影响护理人员职业认同的环境因素为同事关系、专业发展、民主运营和成长的机会、质量改善。结论医院应采取有效措施改善临床护理人员的工作环境,对提高护理人员的职业认同感、保证护理质量起重要作用。
Objectives To investigate the current situation of nurses′work environment and their career identity,as well as the relationship between them.Methods A total of 385 clinical nurses were surveyed using aquestionnaire of general condition,the nurses′career identity scale(NCIS)and practice environment scale(PES).Results The score of work environment and career identity were 3.12±0.71 and 5.13±0.99 respectively.The regression analysis showed that the factor influencing nurses′career identity was the physical situation,colleague relationship,professional development,democratic environment and promotion of quality.Conclusion Hospital administrators should take effective measures to improve nurses′work environment,so as to promote their career identity and guarantee the quality of care.
