施工方法及受力体系与监测对比分析探讨——以奥林匹克公园站为例

摘要 本文通过对地铁15号线奥林匹克公园站关键阶段矿山法及PBA工法的施工过程及应用分析,研究各阶段(包括施工工法改变前后对既有隧道结构的影响)以及边导洞初支体系边桩墙体系、中导洞初支形成及中纵梁和车站结构顶板、中板及侧墙形成过程中受力体系转换分析及监测对比结果,得到既有结构下实施PBA的可借鉴的施工有效措施及可改进提高空间的方法;并对各阶段沉降数据分析整理,总结出形成对既有隧道下实施结构的变形规律,尤其是在对中桩体系形成时对既有隧道结构沉降影响分析,并提出应对减少沉降控制措施;为在既有隧道结构下施工、各项地下空间开发采取对沉降控制的措施方面,提供参考。 In this paper,through the construction process and the application analysis of key stage mining method and the PBA method of metro line 15,the Olympic Park Station,on each stage(including the construction change before and after the impact on the existing tunnel structure and tunnel primary support system)through the study of the side pile wall system,central pilot tunnel formation.middle primary beam and roof construction in the station and side wall formed by the results and analysis of structure system transfer and monitoring process development,can not only improve and get the space construction method of effective measures can be used to implement PBA structure;and the various stages of settlement data analysis,summed up the formation of the existing tunnel under the deformation of structure.Especially in the form of pile system influence on existing tunnel structure settlement,and put forward corresponding control measures to reduce settlement,get some experiment on the space development under the existing tunnel structure.
