预制装配式建筑结构体系改革设计与发展

Design and Development of Prefabricated Structural System Reform

建筑房屋通常使用现场浇筑的方式,但随着人口密集化,这种方式已经不能满足目前人们的居住生活要求。预制装配式建筑是一种由国外引进的新的建筑形式,虽然我国已经吸收了大量经验,但目前技术手段依旧不够成熟。本文主要针对预制装配式建筑的结构改革体系和发展进行研究,分析了建造预制装配式建筑的步骤,介绍了预制装配式建筑结构体系改革的类型以及各个改革类型的连接点。通过研究发现预制装配式建筑不仅能够加快工程施工速度,也能够提高工程质量,降低工作成本,具有极好的发展前景。

Building houses are usually constructed on site,but with the population densification,this approach has not been able to meet people＇s living standards.Prefabricated building is a new form of construction introduced by foreign countries.Although China has absorbed a lot of experience,it is still not mature enough.In this paper,based on the structural reform of prefabricated building system research and development,analyzes the construction of prefabricated building steps,this paper introduces the types of prefabricated building structural system reform and the reform of various types of join points.It is found that prefabricated building can not only accelerate the construction speed,but also improve the engineering quality and reduce the working cost.
