长春市街区制住宅小区公共设施空间布局探析

Analysis of the Spatial Layout of the Public Facilities in the Residential District of Changchun District

本文通过分析目前长春市街区制住宅小区公共设施,发现现有街区制住宅小区公共设施在空间环境布局等方面存在一定问题,为此,笔者结合长春市住宅小区特点,提出了科学化及合理化街区制小区公共设施的空间布局、公共设施色彩及公共设施造型等方面规划及改善措施。从而增进居民与城市之间的互动,形成更加开放性、公共性的居住环境,使得街区制住宅与公共设施能够有机融合。

In this paper,through the analysis of the current Changchun city block system residential public facilities,residential district found that the existing system of public facilities exist certain problems,in terms of the spatial layout of the environment etc.Therefore,the author combines the characteristics of residential district Changchun City,put forward the spatial layout,the scientific and rational system of street public facilities district public facilities and other public facilities color such as planning and improvement measures.So as to enhance the interaction between residents and cities,and form a more open and public living environment,so that residential blocks and public facilities can be organically integrated.
