现今地上建筑工程的功能已不能满足人们对生活的需求,因此人们把目光转移到了地下,地下室开始兴起。任何事物的发展都需要一个过程,因此地下室在使用的过程中同样存在着一些问题,地下室渗漏是工程建设中比较普遍的质量问题,尤其是混凝土结构的渗漏,给使用者带来了不便和困扰。经过分析,发现地下室渗漏部位主要有外墙、后浇带、底板,渗漏原因主要有设计、施工、材料、管理、技术等方面,针对以上因素分别提出了防治地下室渗漏的办法。

Construction features on the ground just is not able to meet the daily needs of the people,so people focus to underground,basements began to the rise.Development is a process of anything,so the basement in use there are some problems in the process of basement leakage is a common construction quality problems,especially the leakage of concrete structure,has brought inconvenience and confusion to users.After analysis,found mainly in exterior wall of basement leakage and post-cast belt,bottom plate,leakage mainly due to design,construction,materials,management,technology and other aspects,in view of the above factors are proposed to control leakage way to basement.
