关于美国和中国建筑领域对绿色BIM应用的研究

Research on Green BIM Applications in the Construction Field in the United States and China

作为绿色建筑与BIM(Building Information Modeling)技术的结合,绿色BIM已被认为是建筑领域的一次革命,通过绿色BIM可以实现建筑全生命期的绿色和可持续性,绿色BIM已经受到各国的广泛关注和重视。本文通过对美国和中国两个代表性国家对绿色BIM的应用进行初步分析,将分析内容分为绿色BIM发展现状、绿色BIM项目全生命期的实践与应用、绿色BIM实际案例和绿色BIM发展趋势的四个部分。通过对两国绿色BIM四个部分的对比与分析,为绿色BIM在不同发展阶段的发展方向给出建议。

As a combination of green building and BIM（Building Information Modeling） technology, green BIM has been considered a revolution in the construction field.Green BIM can realize the greenness and sustainability of the whole life cycle of a building.Green BIM technology has been widely applied in many countries concerned and valued.Based on the preliminary analysis of the green BIM application in the United States and China that the two representative countries,this paper divides the analysis into four parts about the current development of green BIM,the practice and application of green BIM project,the actual case of green BIM and the development trend of green BIM.Through the comparison and analysis of the four parts of green BIM between the two countries,some suggestions are given for the development direction of green BIM at different stages of development.
