摘要
目的探讨医技检查预约对患者检查等待时间及满意度的影响。方法我院于2014年7月实施分时段医技检查预约,回顾性分析并比较我院2015年5月—2016年7月与2013年6月—2014年6月两个时间段月平均医技检查量、预约情况,并随机选取两个时间段各200例患者,比较患者医技检查等待时间与就诊满意度。结果实施后医技科室月检查人数为(14 852±1 176)人次,多于实施前,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后医技检查等待时间为(18.2±3.7)min,均短于实施前,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后200例患者满意度为90.5%,高于实施前的71.0%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分时段医技检查预约有利于缩短患者检查等候时间,提高就诊满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of medical examination appointment on patient waiting time and satisfaction. Methods From July 2014, sub-period medical examination appointment in our hospital was implemented. the average amount of medical examination, appointment in our hospital from May 2015 to July 2016 and June 2013 to June 2014 two period were retrospectively analyzed and compared. 200 cases randomly selected for two time periods were compared with the waiting time and satisfaction of medical examination. Results The number of monthly medical examinations was(14 852±1 176) after the implementation, which was more than that before the implementation(P < 0.05). The waiting time after medical examination was(18.2±3.7) min(P < 0.05). After the implementation, the satisfaction rate of 200 patients was 90.5%, which was higher than that of 71.0% before the implementation, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Time-series medical examination reservation is helpful to shorten the waiting time for patient examination and improve the satisfaction of medical examination.
