摘要
目的锌是人体内不可缺少的微量元素,但过多补充亦有危害,因此对锌的检测尤为重要。文章建立微波消解-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定奶粉中锌含量的方法,研究了该方法的可行性。方法称取适量样品加入浓硝酸后经过微波消解,采用标准曲线法测定,经过标准曲线查得样品中锌的含量。结果该方法在0.5~3.0μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.998 2,检出限为0.003μg/ml,回收率在103.6%~114.8%。结论本方法简单易操作,所用试剂较少,重复性及回收率较好,结果准确,适用于奶粉中锌的测定。
Objective Zn is an indispensable trace element in the human body. It is important for the detection of Zn. This article has established an microwave digestion-FAAS method for the measurement of Zn in dry milk. Methods The sample with nitric acid by microwave digestion, then was determined with standard curve method, and the content of Zn in the standard curve was traced. Results It exhibited a good line-arity in the range of 0.5 to 3.0 μg/ml with correlation coefficient(r) of 0.998 2, and the detection limit was 0.003 μg/ml. The recovery of the method was from 103.6% to 114.8%. Conclusion This method is simple, easy to operate, precise and reliable, suitable for determination of Zn in dry milk.
