胰岛素过敏反应现状及处理策略探讨

目的分析胰岛素过敏反应现状及处理对策,为临床诊治提供参考。方法对我院2015年2月—2017年2月收治的10例胰岛素过敏患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,分析并总结胰岛素过敏的反应现状及处理策略。结果对于糖尿病较轻的患者可采用口服降糖药,对胰岛素过敏但又必须使用胰岛素治疗的患者可以采取更换胰岛素类型或脱敏疗法。结论医护人员要熟练掌握胰岛素过敏反应的诊治方法,根据患者的实际情况采取相应的处理措施,以确保患者的用药安全,促进患者的早日康复。

Objective To analyze the status and treatment of insulin allergy, and to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods The clinical data of 10 patients with insulin allergy treated in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 were retrospectively analyzed, and the reaction status and treatment strategy of insulin allergy were analyzed and summarized. Results For patients with mild diabetes, oral antidiabetic drugs were available, but insulin therapy or desensitization therapy can be used in patients who were allergic to insulin but who had to use insulin. Conclusion Medical staff should be familiar with the diagnosis and treatment of insulin allergy, according to the actual situation of patients to take appropriate treatment measures, to ensure the safety of patients with medication, promote the patient's early recovery.
