地诺前列酮栓在足月妊娠引产促宫颈成熟的效果

The Effect of Dinoprostone Suppositories in Labor Induction of Fullterm Pregnancy Cervical Ripening

目的研究地诺前列酮栓在足月妊娠引产促宫颈成熟中的安全性及有效性。方法选取90例符合研究标准的产妇为研究对象,应用地诺前列酮栓剂10 mg进行促宫颈成熟治疗,用药后评价产妇的宫颈成熟度、分娩方式、不良反应、新生儿评分等指标。结果应用地诺前列酮栓促宫颈成熟的有效例数为84例,总有效率为93.33%;阴道分娩例数为66例(73.33%)。无产后出血等分娩期并发症发生,新生儿分娩后结局良好。结论地诺前列酮栓在足月妊娠引产促宫颈成熟的效果良好,具有良好的安全性及有效性。

Objective To study dinoprostone suppositories in full-term pregnancy inducing labor to promote safety and efficacy of cervical maturity. Methods 90 cases of parturients in accordance with the research standards were selected as the research object. Dinoprostone suppository 10 mg was used for cervical ripening treatment. After drug use, the uterine cervix maturity, delivery mode, adverse reaction and neonatal score were evaluated. Results The efficient cases after application of dinoprostone suppositories promoting cervical mature were 84 cases and the total effective rate was 93.33%, while the cases of vaginal delivery were 66 cases(73.33%). No postpartum bleeding and other complications occurred during delivery, results of neonate after childbirth were good. Conclusion The result of dinoprostone suppositories in full-term pregnancy inducing labor to promote cervical mature effect is good, having good safety and effectiveness.
