自拟中药方联合电针治疗周围性面神经麻痹临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Self-made Chinese Medicine Combined With Electroacupuncture on Peripheral Facial Paralysis

目的观察自拟中药方联合电针治疗周围性面神经麻痹的临床疗效。方法选取2016年3月—2017年6月黑龙江省中医药科学院针灸科门诊和住院治疗的周围性面神经麻痹患者120例,按照随机对照的原则,将其随机分为两组,治疗组和对照组各60例,对照组给予常规的针刺治疗,治疗组在此基础上加电针及中药口服治疗,10天为1个疗程,两组均治疗3个疗程后对比分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率为98.33%,对照组总有效率为88.33%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组治疗后House-Braekmann(H-B)面神经功能分级均较治疗前有所改善,但治疗组改善程度优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与普通针刺相比,电针联合口服中药汤剂治疗周围性面神经麻痹疗效更显著,是一种安全、有效的治疗方法 .

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of self-made traditional Chinese medicine combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis. Methods From March 2016 to June 2017, 120 patients with peripheral facial paralysis treated in acupuncture and moxibustion department of Heilongjiang Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into two groups according to the principle of randomized control, the treatment group and control group, 60 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional acupuncture treatment. The treatment group was treated with electroacupuncture and Chinese herbs orally on this basis. One course of treatment was 10 days. After 3 courses of treatment, the curative effect of the two groups of patients was compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate was 98.33% in the treatment group and 88.33% in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05). The functional classification of House-Braekmann(HB) Before the improvement, but the treatment group improved significantly better than the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Compared with ordinary acupuncture, electroacupuncture combined with oral Chinese medicine decoction in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis is more effective, is a safe and effective treatment method.
