临床尿常规检验的影响因素观察

The Influence Factors of Clinical Urine Routine Test

目的探讨临床尿常规检验的影响因素,并为临床检验提出应对策略。方法选取我院于2017年3—9月收治的156例接受尿常规检验的患者作为研究对象,收集患者的晨尿作为实验的样本,对156例患者的尿常规检验结果进行分析,探讨临床上尿常规检验的影响因素,并针对影响因素提出有效应对对策。结果尿常规检验结果显示,有13例(8.33%)结果异常,不符合其病理诊断,其中3例由于标本采集过程中污染引起,2例由于标本保存过程中样品变质引起,2例由于标本分析失误引起,2例由于其他药物干扰引起,4例由于实验室环境或仪器设备状态引起。结论尿常规检验结果的影响因素主要包括标本采集、保存、分析,以及药物干扰、实验室影响五个方面,因此临床医护人员只有确保从样本采集到检验结果整条链的规范性,才能提高尿常规检验结果的准确性,为临床疾病诊断鉴别以及患者预后提供真实可靠的依据。

Objective To explore the factors of influence on urine routine test in clinical practice, and put forward the copying measures for the factors. Methods A total of 156 patients who were accepted urine routine test were firstly chosen as the experimental group in our hospital from March to September 2017. The patients' urina sanguinis were collected and served as the experimental samples. Results of routine urine test of 86 cases were analyzed, the factors of influence on clinical urine routine test were investigated and the copying measures for the factors were put forward. Results The results of routine urine tests of 156 cases showed that 13 cases(8.33%) were not consistent with pathological diagnosis, in which 3 cases due to the pollution in the process of sample collection, 2 cases due to the deterioration in the process of samples storage, 2 cases due to analysis error, 2 cases due to drugs interference and 4 cases due to the laboratory environment or the equipment state. Conclusion The major influencing factors of urine routine test include the collection, storage, analysis of sample, drugs interference and laboratory condition. The medical personnel should nomilize the process from samples collect to the test results, ensure the accuracy of routine urine test results, and provide reliable basis for clinical antidiastole and prognosis of patients.
