瑞芬太尼用于甲状腺切除手术麻醉30例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 30 Cases of Anaesthesia With Remifentanil for Thyroidectomy

目的对甲状腺切除手术患者使用瑞芬太尼麻醉的临床效果进行观察分析。方法选取我院的60例甲状腺患者来分析研究,分为对照组和研究组,均为30例。对照组患者麻醉诱导后微量泵注异丙酚;研究组患者麻醉诱导后微量泵注瑞芬太尼。对比麻醉情况。结果对照组的麻醉清醒时间为(17.3±5.6)min、自主呼吸恢复时间为(7.5±2.3)min、拔管时间为(20.4±4.5)min、自主反应时间为(11.5±2.6)min;研究组分别为(8.5±2.8)min、(4.8±1.2)min、(9.1±1.6)min、(5.6±1.5)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺切除手术使用瑞芬太尼麻醉的效果比较好,应用价值高,对于瑞芬太尼的特性和使用方法深入的了解和掌握,能够优化临床应用模式,患者的使用安全性高。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of remifentanil anesthesia for patients with thyroidectomy. Methods 60 cases of thyroid patients in our hospital were selected to analyze and study, 30 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the study group.The control group was injected with propofol with micropump after anesthesia induction; The study group was injected with remifentanil after anesthesia induction.The anaesthesia was compared. Results The anesthetic time of the control group was(17.3 ± 5.6) min, the time of spontaneous respiration recovery was(7.5 ± 2.3) min, the time of extubation was(20.4 ± 4.5) min, the independent reaction time was(11.5 ± 2.6) min. The study group was(8.5 ± 2.8) min,(4.8 ± 1.2) min,(9.1 ± 1.6) min,(5.6 ± 1.5) min, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The effect of remifentanil anesthesia is good and the application value is high.The in-depth understanding and control of remifentanil's characteristics and application methods can optimize the clinical application mode, and the safety of patients is high.
