手术室护理管理过程中实施亲情护理模式的研究

目的研究分析亲情护理在手术室护理管理中的使用效果,为临床手术室护理提供参考依据。方法 2014年9月—2015年9月我院对130例手术室护理患者进行了研究分析,分成对照组和观察组,均有65例患者,观察组使用亲情护理,对照组使用常规护理,比较两组患者的血压、心率、住院时间等指标,探讨不同护理的效果。结果观察组患者麻醉前血压、心率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者平均住院时间、平均手术舒适度、平均护理质量评分均高于对照组,两组各项指标对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的SAS、SDS评分比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论亲情护理在手术室护理管理中有着非常好的效果,对于改善患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪有非常大的帮助,能够提升患者的舒适度,缩短住院时间。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of kindred-like nursing in the management of operation room, and to provide reference for clinical operation room nursing. Methods From September 2014 to September 2015, 130 cases of nursing patients in operation room were studied and analyzed in our hospital. They were divided into the control group and the observation group with 65 patients in each group. The observation group was given the kindred-like nursing, and the control group was given routine nursing. The blood pressure, heart rate and hospitalization time of the two groups were compared, and the effects of different nursing were discussed. Results The blood pressure and heart rate of the patients in the observation group were lower than those of the control group before anesthesia(P < 0.05). The average time of hospitalization, the average surgical comfort and the average nursing quality score of the observation group were all higher than those in the control group, the differences of the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05). The SAS and SDS scores of the patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Kindred-like nursing in operation room nursing management has a very good effect, for improving patients' anxiety and depression mood has great help, can improve the patient's comfort, shorten the length of stay.
