手术室正性暗示语言及细节护理对患者效果的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Positive Hint Language and Detail Nursing on the Patients in Operation Room

目的分析手术室正性暗示语言及细节护理对患者效果的影响。方法选择本院2016年11月—2017年的11月111例手术患者资料,分为研究组(67例)和对照组(44例);研究组运用手术室中正性暗示语言和细节护理,对照组仅为单纯常规护理,分析两组护理效果。结果研究组SAS是(29.90±2.02)分,低于对照组的(47.10±3.35)分(P<0.05);疼痛分值对比,研究组是(1.10±0.85)分,对照组为(4.09±2.73)分,对照组分高(P<0.05)。结论手术室中应用正性暗示语言和细节护理,能够缓解患者不良情绪,效果佳。

Objective To analyze the effect of positive hint language and detail nursing on the patient's effect in the operation room.Methods A total of 111 surgical patients were enrolled in our hospital from November 2016 to November 2017 were divided into the study group(67 cases) and the control group(44 cases). The study group was given positive hint language and detail nursing in the operating room and control group was only given simple routine care. The effect of two groups of nursing was analyzed. Results The SAS of the study group was(29.90 ± 2.02) points lower than that of the control group(47.10 ± 3.35) points(P < 0.05); the score of pain was(1.10 ± 0.85) in the study group and(4.09 ± 2.73) in the control group, and the control group was higher(P < 0.05). Conclusion Positive hint language and detail nursing in the operating room, can alleviate the negative emotions of patients, the effect is good.
