风险管理在精神科护理管理中的运用及效果评价

The Application and Effect Evaluation on Risk Management in the Nursing Management of Psychiatric Department

目的分析精神科护理管理中风险管理的应用价值,并对其效果进行探究。方法选择我院2016年6月—2017年6月收治的精神科患者66例,依据管理模式差异分组,实施常规管理的33例患者为参照组,实施风险管理的33例患者为研究组,最后对比管理效果。结果对比护理风险事件发生率,研究组(6.1%)低于参照组(24.2%),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对比两组患者家属满意度,研究组更高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在精神科护理管理中运用风险管理,使护理风险事件发生率降低的同时提升患者满意度。

Objective To analyze the application value of risk management in psychiatric nursing management and to explore its effect. Methods 66 cases of psychiatric patients treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected according to the difference of management pattern. 33 cases of routine management were named as the reference group, and 33 cases of risk management were named as the research group. Finally, the management effect was compared. Results The incidence of nursing risk events in the study group(6.1%) was lower than that in the reference group(24.2%), and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Compared to the two groups of patients' family satisfaction, the study group was higher, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Applying risk management in psychiatric nursing management can reduce the incidence of nursing risk events while improving patient S' satisfaction.
