摘要
目的针对提高急诊患者的抢救效率,进行急诊护理流程优化探究。方法我院展开急诊抢救的患者68例,随机抽取34例实施急诊常规护理流程为参照组,另外34例则采取急诊护理流程优化为优化组,将两组患者的抢救总效率以及护理的满意情况作为观察指标。结果优化组的抢救总效率明显高于参照组,优化组的满意程度要高于参照组,P<0.05。结论在对急诊患者采取急诊护理流程优化模式,可以有效提高其抢救的效率并且提高护理质量。
Objective To explore the emergency nursing process optimization in order to improve the rescue efficiency of emergency patients. Methods In our hospital, 68 emergency patients were selected. 34 cases were randomly selected from the emergency department as the reference group. The other 34 cases were selected as the optimization group by the emergency nursing process. The total efficiency of the two groups of patients and the satisfaction of nursing were taken as the observation index. Results The total rescue efficiency of the optimization group was significantly higher than that of the reference group, and the satisfaction degree of the optimization group was higher than that of the reference group, P < 0.05. Conclusion The emergency nursing process optimization model can effectively improve the efficiency of emergency rescue and improve the quality of care.
