延续护理对肺结核合并糖尿病患者疗效及生活质量的影响

Effect of Continued Nursing on Efficacy and Quality of Life of Patients With Pulmonary Tuberculosis Complicated With Diabetes Mellitus

目的评价肺结核合并糖尿病患者接受延续性护理干预对患者治疗效果和生活质量的具体影响。方法收集100例肺结核合并糖尿病患者的临床资料,以数字随机方法将患者平均分为两组:观察组患者接受延续性护理干预,对照组患者接受常规护理干预。对比两组患者干预后6个月的肺结核治疗情况、血糖控制情况和生活质量。结果观察组患者的痰菌转阴率、病灶治疗有效率高于对照组。观察组患者的血糖控制情况明显好于对照组;生活质量量表结果显示观察组患者经过干预后各项维度评分明显高于对照组。差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺结核合并糖尿病患者接受延续性护理干预能够帮助提高治疗效果,改善患者生活质量。

Objective To evaluate the effect of continuous nursing intervention on the treatment effect and quality of life in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with diabetes mellitus. Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with diabetes mellitus were collected. The patients were equally divided into two groups by digital randomization method: The patients in the observation group received continuous nursing intervention, The patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention. The treatment of tuberculosis, blood glucose control and quality of life were compared in the two groups after 6 months of intervention. Results The negative rate of sputum bacteria and the effective rate of treatment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. The blood glucose control of the patients in the observation group was better than that of the control group. The results of the quality of life scale showed that the scores of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). ConclusionContinued nursing intervention in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with diabetes can help to improve the treatment effect and improve the quality of life of patients.
