摘要
目的探究与分析人性化优质护理服务在呼吸衰竭护理中的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年4月—2017年8月收治的64例呼吸衰竭患者进行随机分组,分为对照组(32例)与观察组(32例)。对照组进行传统的常规护理方式,观察组进行人性化优质护理方式,观察对比两组患者护理满意度,QOL评分,生命体征。结果两组患者经过护理后生活质量评分(QOL评分),生命体征,住院疗效,护理满意度比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化优质护理服务在呼吸衰竭护理中临床效果显著,能有效减少患者QOL评分,住院时间,提高满意度,控制生命体征。
Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of humanistic quality nursing service in respiratory failure nursing.Methods 64 patients with respiratory failure treated in our hospital from April 2016 to August 2017 were randomly divided into control group( 32 cases) and observation group( 32 cases). In the control group, the traditional routine nursing mode was carried out, and the observation group was given humanistic quality nursing service.The nursing satisfaction, QOL score, and life signs were compared between the two groups. Results Two groups of patients after nursing, the difference of quality of life score(QOL score), vital signs, hospitalization effect, nursing satisfaction was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Humanistic quality nursing service in respiratory failure nursing has significant clinical effect,can effectively reduce the patient QOLscore, hospital time, improve satisfaction, control vital signs.
