老年肺结核患者抗结核治疗后尿酸与胱抑素C的关系分析

Analysis of the Relationship Between Uric Acid and Cystatin C After Anti-tuberculosis Treatment in Elderly Patients With Tuberculosis

目的分析老年肺结核患者抗结核治疗后,老年患者的尿酸(S-UA)与胱抑素C(Cys C)的关系。方法选取我院收治的肺结核患者200例作为研究对象,将其中年龄≥60岁的老年患者103例作为观察组,年龄为18~60岁的中青年肺结核患者97例作为对照组;选取同期行健康体检者101例作为健康组。观察组与对照组均给予抗结核治疗,观察组与对照组在治疗后均在清晨空腹抽取静脉血3 ml,健康组则在体检时,空腹抽取静脉血3 ml,三组均进行S-UA、Cys C水平检测,分析S-UA与Cys C的关系。结果观察组患者治疗后血清S-UA水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组、对照组患者治疗后血清S-UA水平均高于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后血清Cys C水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组、对照组患者治疗后血清Cys C水平均高于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者S-UA与Cys C水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论老年肺结核患者抗结核治疗后,老年患者S-UA与Cys C呈正相关,并且均较中青年患者更高,需要特别注意。

Objective To analyze the relationship between uric acid （S-UA） and cystatin C （CysC） in elderly patients with tuberculosis after anti tuberculosis treatment. Methods 200 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects. 103 cases of elderly patients aged more than 60 years as the observation group, 97 cases of middle and young tuberculosis patients aged 18~60 years were used as control group. 101 healthy subjects were selected as health group at the same time. Both the observation group and the control group were treated with anti-tuberculosis treatment. In the observation group and the control group, 3 ml of venous blood was extracted at the early morning after the treatment. In the health group, 3 ml of venous blood was taken on the empty stomach, and the three groups were detected by S-UA and CysC, and the relationship between S-UA and CysC was analyzed. Results The serum S-UA level of the patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. The level of serum S-UA in the observation group and the control group was higher than that before the treatment, and the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. The serum CysC level of the patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. The level of serum CysC in the observation group and the control group was higher than that before the treatment, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.There was a positive correlation between the level of S-UA and CysC in the observation group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion After anti-tuberculosis treatment in elderly patients with tuberculosis, S-UA and CysC are positively related to elderly patients, and are higher than those of young and middle-aged patients, and special attention should be paid to them.
