鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Endoscopic Sinus Surgery in Patients With Chronic Sinusitis and Nasal Polyps

目的总结并归纳鼻内镜手术在治疗慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉时,具体的手术手段。方法选取我院2013年7月—2016年7月收治的60例已确诊为慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者作为研究对象,使用鼻内镜手术,观察在手术前后患者的身体健康状况,使用健康调查表,和鼻腔窦结局测量20条,作为评价方式,对患者接受手术前后的生活质量进行评价。结果在60例慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者完成手术后,其中完全治愈的患者为50例,好转的患者为8例,无效的例数为2例;在手术后,健康评价以及鼻窦20条评分与手术前相比,呈现较为优异的状况,手术前后对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜手术在治疗慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉时具有更高的治疗效果,增加患者的治愈率,且没有不良效果。

Objective To summarize the specific surgical means of endoscopic surgery in the treatment of chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps. Methods From July 2013 to July 2016, 60 patients who were diagnosed as chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps in our hospital were enrolled in this study. Nasal endoscopic surgery was performed to observe the physical health status of the patients before and after surgery. Health questionnaire, and 20 titles of nasal sinus outcome measures, as the evaluation method, to evaluate the quality of life of patients before and after surgery. Results After the completion of surgery in 60 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps, 50 cases were completely cured, 8 cases were improved, and 2 cases were ineffective. After operation, the 20 titles of health evaluation and sinus paranet showed excellent performance compared with that before operation. The difference between before and after operation was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps has a higher therapeutic effect, increase the rate of treatment of patients, and no adverse effects.
