癌痛规范化治疗中阿片类药物合理使用分析

Analysis of the Rational Use of Opioid Drugs in the Standardized Treatment of Cancer Pain

目的探讨癌痛规范化治疗中阿片类药物的使用情况,为提高临床用药合理性提供参考。方法选取2014年4月—2017年8月我院收治的癌痛患者62例为研究对象,全部患者均行"三级阶梯"规范化治疗。查阅患者电子病历,收集处方信息,观察阿片类药物使用情况及疗效。结果 62例患者治疗前58例NRS评分≥7分,3例第2阶梯镇痛不满意,予以强阿片类镇痛,符合指征,各药品使用DUI均<1.0,临床用药合理。患者治疗后癌痛症状显著改善,未见明显爆发,NRS与治疗前对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论我院癌痛规范化治疗中阿片类药物使用合理,对保证镇痛效果及用药安全具有积极作用。

Objective To explore the use of opioid drugs in the standardized treatment of cancer pain, and to provide reference for improving the rationality of clinical medication. Methods 62 cases of cancer patients treated in our hospital from April 2014 to August 2017 were selected as the research subjects. All patients were treated with ＂three steps＂ standardized treatment. To consult the patient＇s electronic medical record, to collect the prescription information, to observe the use of opioid and the curative effect. Results In 62 cases, 58 patients before treatment NRS score was more than 7 points, 3 cases of second steps analgesic not satisfed, be strong opioid analgesia, with indications of drug use, all DUI〈1.0, the clinical reasonable medication. After treatment, the symptoms of cancer pain were signifcantly improved and no obvious outbreak was found. The difference about NRS compared with before treatment was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The rational use of opioid drugs in the standardized treatment of cancer pain in our hospital has a positive effect on guaranteeing the analgesic effect and the safety of drug use.
