重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗眼表面损伤55例的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect of Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor Eye Drops Combined With Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops for 55 Cases of Ocular Surface Injury

目的观察和评价55例应用重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗眼表面损伤的临床效果。方法选择我院治疗的156例确诊为眼表面损伤的患者作为研究对象,将其随机分成贝复舒治疗组、爱丽滴眼液治疗组与联合治疗组。三组患者分别采用不同的方法治疗,对比分析其治疗后的效果。结果贝复舒治疗组的治疗总有效率80.77%,爱丽滴眼液治疗组为73.47%,联合治疗组为90.91%,联合治疗组的治疗效果优于贝复舒治疗组与爱丽滴眼液治疗组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论贝复舒滴眼液联合爱丽滴眼液治疗眼表面损伤,临床效果更佳,也不存在局部刺激和不良反应。

Objective To observe and evaluate the clinical effect of 55 cases with Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor Eye Drops combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops for the treatment of ocular surface injury. Methods 156 patients with eye surface injury who were treated in our hospital were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into the befusu treatment group, the aili eye drops treatment group and the combined treatment group. The three groups of patients were treated with different methods, the effect after the treatment was compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of befusu treatment group was 80.77%, that of aili eye drops was 73.47%. The combined treatment group was 90.91%, the therapeutic effect of the combined treatment group was better than the befusu treatment group and the aili eye drops, the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Befusu eye drops combined with the aili eye drops has better clinical effect and no local irritation and side effects in the treatment of ocular surface injury.
