中药配合头针对中风偏瘫康复的效果分析

The Effect of Chinese Herb Combined With Head Acupuncture on Apoplexia Hemiplegia

目的分析中药配合头针对中风偏瘫康复的效果,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法选择我院收治的92例中风偏瘫患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(n=46)和观察组(n=46)。对照组采用西药及中成药治疗,而观察组使用中药配合头针治疗,对比两组患者的临床康复效果。结果经过治疗之后,观察组患者的肢体运动功能得分为(66.02±3.59)分,高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的日常生活能力得分为(68.59±13.75)分,高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的神经功能缺损评分为(12.58±3.67)分,优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药配合头针治疗中风偏瘫的效果较好,能够发挥协同作用,改善患者的肢体运动能力和生活自理能力,使受损的神经纤维再生,从而达到病情康复的目的。

Objective To analyze the effect of Chinese herb and head acupuncture on apoplexia hemiplegia. Methods 92 patients were divided into control group （n=46） and observation group （n=46）. The control group was treated with western medicine and Chinese patent drug, while the observation group was treated with Chinese herb and head acupuncture. Results After treatment, the limb motor function score of the observation group was （66.02±3.59） points, higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. The score of daily living ability of the patients in the observation group was （68.59±13.75） points, which was higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The neurological defcit score of the patients in the observation group was （12.58±3.67） points, which was superior to the control group, and the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Chinese herb combined and acupuncture can improve athletic ability and living ability,repair damaged nerves.
