探讨协同护理模式对肺结核合并糖尿病患者的应用效果

目的研究并探讨给予肺结核合并糖尿病患者实施协同护理模式在临床中的效果。方法选取我院肺结核科在2016年9月—2017年9月收治的57例肺结核合并糖尿病患者作为观察对象。根据护理方式,将其分为对照组(28例)与观察组(29例)。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施协同护理。比较两组患者护理后血糖控制水平及自我护理能力。结果观察组患者护理后血糖控制优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予肺结核合并糖尿病患者实施协同护理能够有效控制血糖水平,改善自我护理能力,进而提高生活质量,较常规护理方式在临床中效果更佳。

Objective To study and explore the clinical effect of cooperative nursing in patients with tuberculosis and diabetes. Methods 57 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and diabetes were selected in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017. They were divided into control group （28 cases） and observation group （29 cases） according to the nursing mode. The control group carried out routine nursing, and the observation group carried out cooperative nursing. The level of blood glucose control and self-care ability after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The blood glucose control in the observation group was signifcantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Cooperative care in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and diabetes can effectively control blood sugar level, improve self-care ability and improve quality of life, which is better than routine nursing in clinical practice.
