摘要
基于网络虚拟学习社区的教师反思和交流成为当前教师专业发展的重要途径。从教师专业发展的概念和研究出发,基于超循环理论,将教师网络研修过程细分为以信息传递为主的物理循环层次,以经验交流为主的催化循环层次,以及实现教学模式和理论创新的超循环层次。研究发现基于网络虚拟社区的教师专业研讨有利于同课异构的实施和探索新型环境下的教学模式创新。
Reflections and communication based on the network virtual community have become the important ways for teachers’ professional development. Based on hypercycle theory, the process of network learning and studying can be divided into three cycles, including physical cycle focusing on information spread, catalytic cycle focusing on experience exchange and hyper cycle focusing on the realization of teaching theory and mode innovation. The research found that teachers professional development based on network virtual community is beneficial for the implementa-tion of different teaching methods for the same contents, and the exploration of teaching mode innovation in the new environment.
