With the rapid development of the age, it＊s important to cultivate foreign trade English majors＊ core competency. Three-element training mechanism （target mechanism, operation mechanism and ensuring mechanism） is integrated under the theory of supply chain management and the use of various resources into the process of vocational core competency training,so as to improve the specialized ability, social ability and method ability of foreign trade English majors.
