摘要
随着我国老龄化社会的到来,老年人的健康问题越来越受到重视。肠道作为人体最大的消化器官和免疫器官,其中的菌群分布一直是影响消化系统的重要组成部分,对老年人的健康起着至关重要的作用。通过对肠道菌群与老年人健康的关系及功能性食品对老年人肠道菌群的影响进行综述,以期为相关科研人员提供参考。
With the arrival of the aging society in China,more and more attention has been paid to the health of the elderly.The intestinal tract is the most big digestive organ,Detoxifying organ and immune organ in the human body. Intestinal flora are important components of the digestive system,and play a crucial role in human health. In this paper, the latest research status of the relation between intestinal flora and health of the elderly,and the effect of functional food on intestinal flora of the elderly were summarized,with a reference to the relevant researchers.
