摘要
我国高等院校积极倡导的双语教学是为适应经济全球化,培养高素质的国际化复合型人才所采取的重要举措。"食品添加剂"是高校食品类专业本科生的重要课程之一,分别从教材选择、内容设置、学生英语水平、教学方法及实践教学等5个方面深入分析了"食品添加剂"双语教学中存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出了相应的改革措施和建议。
Institution of higher education in China are actively advocating and initiating bilingual teaching in order to meet the needs of economic globalization and cultivate high-quality talents with international backgrounds. Food Additives is one of the fundamental and core courses for undergraduates majoring in food science. This article analyzed the problems in bilingual teaching of Food Additives from five aspects: teaching material selection, course contents and structures, students' English proficiency, teaching methods, and practice teaching, then offered some suggestions on reforming the bilingual teaching of Food Additives.
