徐州市长期照护需求及其影响因素研究

Demand for Elderly Long-term Care and Its Influencing Factors in Xuzhou

目的:探讨徐州市老年群体长期照护需求现状,分析老年群体长期照护需求意愿的影响因素。方法:选择徐州市210名年龄大于60岁的老年群体,采取问卷调查方法对其长期照护需求内容进行调查。结果:常见的7种长期照护需求为:日常生活照料、居家照护、心理问题、锻炼咨询、社交需求、药物指导以及营养指导等。影响老年群体对长期照护需求的主要因素分别是年龄大小、学历水平、生活压力。结论:老年群体对长期照护服务需求较大,应加强和推动长期照护服务的建设。

Objective ： To study the elderly long - term care needs and analyze its influencing factors in Xuzhou. Method： To select 210 people who are older than 60 years and adopt the method of questionnaire to in-vestigate the content of tlieir long - term care needs. Results ： The seven kinds of common demand for long -term care： daily life care,home care,psychological problems and exercise counseling, social demation guide and nutrition guide, etc. The main factors in influencing the elderly long - term caucation level,life pressure. Conclusion ： Considering the great demand for elderly long - term care services, theconstruction of long - term care services should be strengthened and promoted.
