跨境电商背景下高职电子商务专业教学改革研究

Research on the Teaching Reform of E-commerce Major of Higher Vocational Education under the Background of Cross-border E-commerce

文章从跨境电商背景下高职电子商务专业教学改革的必要性出发,分析目前高职电子商务专业在人才培养、课程设置、师资保障、校企合作上存在的不足,对其教学改革提出建议:"校企四阶"能力提升人才培养模式、"四象限法"课程体系构建、"双师型"师资队伍培养、创新模式深化校企合作,从而为社会和企业培养出高素质技能型人才。

Starting from the necessity of teaching reform of e - commerce in highder tlie background of cross border E - commerce,this paper analyses the insufficiencies of currentional e - commerce specialty in personnel tra in in g,curriculum Drangement,teacher protection and school en-terjDrise cooperation,and makes suggestions on teaching reform of E - commerce specialty in higher vocational education ＋ ability improvement talent training mode of “four - step school enterprise”; “ four quadrant method” of tlie construction of curriculum system; training of ＂double - qualified teachers^ and innoen cooperation between schools and enterprises,so as to cultivate high - quality and highly skiled taleciety and enterprises.
